Goat Social (May - July)

During this 60 minute private experience you will tour the barn and meet the goats. Then, you will take the goats out in the pasture for a walk to run and play. Be sure to take advantage of the many photo ops while you are here! Your time will end with a picnic by the stunning pond and vineyard. Six baked goods and refreshments included.

Goat Social (May - July)

The price is $120.00 for up to 6 people for a 60 minute experience with a picnic included.

Children under 3 are free of charge. (max. 2 per group)


If you have a group larger than 6, we are happy to accomodate - please contact us at info@theperthfarmhouse.ca to book.


No outside food is permitted, we care a lot about our animals and they can only eat certain things.

Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your visit with any dietary/ allergy concerns. May be subject to additonal fees.


Yes there are toilet and handwashing facilities on site.


Absolutely! 

We welcome families to our farm; however, there are rules in place to keep children safe and to ensure the well-being of our goats.

Children must be with a parent and supervised at all times. Children under age 2 must be in a parentsā€™ arms at all times. Strollers are welcome, the goats can be curious and lick them. 

At the farm, kids can also view the goats from behind the fences.


Weather:

On the rare occasions when the weather does not co-operate, we will cancel programs at the farm. In the case of cancellation due to weather, visitors are entitled to reschedule with no additional charge anytime up to 12 months.

Cancellation:

Refunds are not available for the goat social, however we are happy to re-schedule at a later date with more than 24 hours notice given to us.

Absolutely, we are happy to partner with you to offer photography sessions at the farm. Please email info@theperthfarmhouse.ca for details.

The barn is wheelchair and walker accessible. The pasture and pond is mostly flat grass. During the goat social you will walk from the barn to the pond which is about 400ft. We take breaks in the pasture to stop and feed the goats. We have large willow trees on the property that provide shade.

Our washroom is not accessible at this time.
